Good luck. I’ll be watching. #COYS.”Van der Vaart, 36, was a big hit at Spurs after joining in an 8million deal from Real Madrid in 2010. The playmaker made 77 appearances and scored 28 goals during his time at White Hart Lane. He retired from football halfway through his contract with Danish minnows Esbjerg in November.Tottenham’s title hopes have all but ended following damaging defeats to Burnley and Chelsea in the past week.But a win over fourth-placed Arsenal, who have won five of their last six league games, would extend the gap between the two clubs to seven points.
