He is understood to be back in the north east, though, and could be preparing to make his debut in their next Premier League clash.Newcastle travel to Wolves on Monday and Rafael Benitez could decide to throw him in at the deep end.The 24-year-old playmaker was top of Benitezs wish-list in January as he looked to strengthen his side to secure Premier League survival.5

There are as number of options available to the Newcastle manager if he wants to put Almiron straight into the side.He mainly played as a striker for Atlanta United but was sometimes used on the left.This is how the Magpies could line-up with Almiron against Wolves on Monday.

This is the formation Benitez has been using for the last few games with five defenders, four midfielders and Salomao Rondon as the out and out striker.Matt Ritchie has been used at left-back as defensive options were limited but Monaco loanee, Antonio Barreca, could make his first start.5

Benitez used this formation earlier in the season but struggled to find that much success.This would probably suit Almirons style of play more with two up front and the playmaker just behind Rondon.Atsu could then be deployed on the left and they would revert to a back four. This could be slightly riskier away from home but it would depend if Benitez wants to find a system for Almiron or fit him in to the one they currently use.5
